Paul grew up in Concord New Hampshire and moved to Georgia in 1989. His education includes New Hampshire College, New Hampshire Technical Institute, Franklin Pierce College, and Kennesaw College.
In business, Paul founded Archer Restoration Services in late 1999. He sold that company in 2019. He served on the Cobb County School Foundation Board for over six years and currently serves as a director on the Cobb EMC Foundation Board. Paul is a partner at Triton Property management and is also a partner in Governors Gun Club in Kennesaw. He is part owner of Pizza by Fuscos in Acworth, as well as Vibo Valentia Enterprises. Finally, Paul is currently the President of Cyclone Solutions Inc.
Paul is a Georgia licensed general contractor. In 2012 he committed to finance the full cost of a public school teacher for two years at North Cobb High School. This teacher taught building trade courses. This has never been done in a public school and helped solidify the Go Build Georgia initiative.
Paul has been married for over 30 years to Cathy Letalien. He likes to travel, ride motorcycles and bicycles in his free time. His wife and he attend church at Branches of Christ in Acworth.
